Hilton Grand Vacations Club Grand Waikikian Honolulu Hotel, Honolulu

My stay at the Grand Hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the location is convenient with easy access to some local shops and eateries, creating a nice chance to explore the area. The hotel has a variety of amenities and I appreciated the cleanliness across the property. However, I encountered issues with the room's condition, including a lack of basic supplies, and I felt overwhelmed by the marketing pressure aimed at me since I wasn't even an owner. Overall, I wish for a more seamless experience considering the price I paid.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Waikikiian! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which truly made the experience special. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view that exceeded my expectations. However, during my visit, I encountered an issue with hot water that affected my experience for a couple of days; it was unfortunate but the staff did their best to accommodate us afterwards. Overall, this hotel is a great place for relaxation and fun, with plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained.
